The course will present the context of the five books of Moses in the light of its historical and religious background, The Theological message as well as, other elements of exegesis as related to the first five books will be examined in light of the religious system which was commanded by God through Moses to Israel. We will be discussing archeology, ancestry, Messianic prophecy along with the development of God's people, Israel from Adam to Joseph. The objective of this class will be for the student to be to identify major historical, religious and prophetic development as Israel grew in their relation to God's plan of redemption for them and mankind.
