Opening with a Biblical base and a spiritual emphasis, this course of study will aid the student in defining what is a core value verses a belief. This course will equip and train the student to identify their core values and give them the tools to set personal goals. The student will also discover how to establish priorities based on Biblical principles best suited for their personal ministry.
Class topics will come under three main headings: (1) An introduction to a values based ministry and identifying organizational values. (2) How to Discover Your Basic Core values and identify specific areas of problems between your values and the values of others. (3) Establishing Your Values and Setting Your Ministry in Motion.
